After graduating from Georgia Tech and Emory University School of Law, Stephen C. Steele began practicing law in 1978. He served as an Assistant Solicitor and Assistant District Attorney in Cobb County. The last 15 years of his practice have focused upon family law. Mr. Steele was the Chairman of the Family Law Section of the State Bar of Georgia from 2005 through 2006, actively involved in implementation of the Child Support Guidelines, which became effective on January 1, 2007. He currently serves on the Executive Committee of the Charles Longstreet Weltner Family Law Inn of Court.
