Steven Kushner, a partner of the firm, is an AV-rated, experienced trial attorney who handles complex litigation matters for plaintiffs and defendants in state and federal courts in all manner of business disputes, including contracts, business torts (e.g., trade secrets and restrictive covenants), copyright and trademark infringement, fraud and shareholder disputes.
