Thomas W. Herman has dedicated his career to representing the injured and the disabled, with an emphasis on handling workers' compensation claims. Recognized throughout Georgia as a leading advocate for injured workers, Mr. Herman strives to ensure that the rights of all Georgia workers are protected, and to see that those injured receive all the benefits afforded to them under the law. He has developed an expertise in high value catastrophic injury claims under the Georgia Workers' Compensation Act.

Admitted to the Georgia Bar in 1986, Mr. Herman has acquired extensive experience at all levels of litigation, both in personal injury cases and in workers' compensation claims. In each of these practice areas, he has tried a significant number of cases statewide and has made numerous appearances before the Georgia Court of Appeals and the Georgia Supreme Court, obtaining significant, reported appellate decisions favorable to his clients from both courts.

Mr. Herman is a partner at Westmoreland Patterson Moseley & Hinson L.L.P. in Macon, Georgia, and he has held leadership positions in many of the professional associations to which he belongs, including the Macon Bar Association, the State Bar of Georgia, the American Association for Justice, the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association and the American Bar Association.
