Timothy J. Buckley III, University of Georgia School of Law (cum laude, 1990), University of Notre Dame (B.A., 1986), handles cases nationally with a concentration on casualty matters, municipal liability, product liability, and business disputes on behalf of manufacturers, self-insureds, governmental agencies, health care facilities, and individuals. He is a former federal law clerk, is AV-rated as a trial attorney, and has argued before the appellate courts of several states and the Second, Eleventh, and Federal Circuit U.S. Courts of Appeals. Tim also serves as a Special Assistant Attorney General and teaches litigation courses at Emory School of Law. Tim serves as a consultant to several manufacturers and employers regarding product safety and human resource issues.
