Profile

     Todd Boudreaux is the former law clerk to John Dalis, United States Bankruptcy Judge for the Southern District of Georgia.  Mr. Boudreaux has practiced Bankruptcy law since 1994 and has obtain two specialty certifications, as a Consumer Bankruptcy Law Specialist and as a Business Bankruptcy Law Specialist.     Mr. Boudreaux current practice centers on small and medium business bankruptcy and non-bankruptcy reorganizations.  In addition to this work, Mr. Boudreaux actively litigates Bankruptcy Adversary proceedings, and has been appointed a panel Chapter 7 Trustee for the Southern District of Georgia.     Mr. Boudreaux is an active member of several Bankruptcy organizations.  He serves as treasurer on the Board of Directors for the Bankruptcy Section of the State Bar of Georgia, is a director of the Coastal Bankruptcy Law Institute, and is a member of the American Bankruptcy Institute and the National Associtation of Bankruptcy Trustees.In addional to his office in Evans, GA, the law firm of Shepard, Plunkett, Hamilton & Boudreaux, LLP maintains an office in downtown Augusta, GA.
