William J. Piercy is a shareholder with Berman Fink Van Horn P.C.  Bill focuses his practice on helping companies and entrepreneurs to extricate themselves from unproductive business relationships and to bring successful resolutions to a wide variety of business disputes. Bill has extensive experience in litigating business and real estate disputes in state and federal courts as well as in the arbitration arena.
