Verdicts and Settlements: In 2002 Dan Pagliarini successfully litigated and settled a wrongful death case of an 87 year old client against Grace Pacific, an Oahu paving company for 1.6 million dollars. In 2003 Dan Pagliarini settled an automobile accident case for more than $200,000 where the responsible party only had $100,000 of insurance coverage. The client who had suffered a broken ankle made a full recovery. In 2004 Dan Pagliarini settled an automobile accident case in which his client suffered a foot and ankle injury. The case settled for more than 1 million dollars and the client returned to work within one year. In 2007 Dan Pagliarini settled a client's claim for more than $300,000 in which the client suffered a torn cartilage injury. In 2008: Mr. Pagliarini represented a client who sustained a hand injury in an automobile collision. The case settled for $300,000 and the client has returned to full-time employment. Mr. Pagliarini represented a client who sustained neck and lower back strain injuries resulting from a rear-end collision. The case settled for $76,000.
