At D’Amato & Maloney, we focus entirely on benefits. We have substantial expertise in advising clients on benefit issues in mergers and acquisitions, plan design and implementation, correcting problems in plan administration, and defending plans and their fiduciaries against claims. We also represent individuals with respect to benefit claims and have prevailed on ERISA issues of first impression. We take pride in what we do and seek to provide our clients with first-rate and cost-effective legal representation. Our clients range from private individuals to some of the largest businesses in Hawaii, including banks, hotels, and utilities. We are also honored to provide advice to many of our colleagues in the legal profession and have often partnered with colleagues on ERISA and other benefits issues.
