Profile

I believe in what Daniel Webster said at the beginning of the American democracy: "Justice is the most important goal of man on Earth". Our citizens have fought and died and suffered to obtain justice for our country and to protect freedom. That mission guides my work as an attorney. I am a service provider and the service is Justice. As an attorney with 34 years experience trying cases before a jury, and as an engineer with experience working on the first Apollo moon landing mission, I have worked hard to gain the skills necessary to handle the most complex case, and over the years have been involved in every imaginable type of litigation. I always represent the Plaintiff and always represent people not big corporations or insurance companies. I am accessible to my clients and each client always has direct and quick access to me as the case progresses. I encourage new clients to ask other attorneys in Hawaii or across the country about me. I have worked hard to build a reputation for skill and honesty and integrity. I am an active participant in the Injury Board, a national collaboration of personal injury attorneys who are dedicated to injury prevention and promotion of safety as well as working together to best represent our individual clients from Honolulu to Tampa to Des Moines. The key to my law office is that I will talk to the client whenever they call and that is the most effective way to achieve justice and a fair result. Please visit my Blog at Honolulu Injury Board.
