Annemarie Kill is skilled at determining the best way to obtain success for her clients. She is trained in the process of collaborative law, and has attained the designation of Fellow of the Collaborative Law Institute of Illinois. She also has extensive experience in dividing retirement benefits upon a divorce. She has successfully briefed and/or argued cases before the Illinois Appellate Court, the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals, and the United States Supreme Court.
