Arnold G. Rubin concentrates his practice on the area of workers' compensation law. He represents clients at all levels of proceedings in the workers' compensation process, including arbitration, review, Circuit Court, Appellate Court, and Supreme Court. Significant appellate court cases include Forest City Steel Erectors v. Industrial Commission and Lakeside Architectural Metals v. Industrial Commission. His memberships include CBA, ISBA, ITLA, WCLA and ATLA. He has authored various articles for the Illinois Bar Journal and the Illinois Trial Lawyers Journal. He has lectured for the CBA, ISBA, ITLA and IICLE.  Mr. Rubin has been listed in the The Best Lawyers of America since 1995 and a member of the Leading Lawyers Network since 2003.
