In early 2005, The Chicago Bar Association appointed him Chair of a Joint Program with the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum, commemorating the 60th anniversary of the Nuremberg War Trials with a two-day symposium in Chicago on March 29 and 30, 2006. The symposium received rave reviews. He is now Co-Chair of the CBA Human Rights Committee, which is planning programs on Darfur and genocide today.
