Ashley Dworsky has an extensive background in all aspects of employment and family-based immigration. For more than a decade, he has practiced U.S. business immigration law for leading firms and companies. Ashley acts as of counsel to a number of law firms nationally that do not specialize in immigration. He handles all aspects of business immigration. He advises small and large corporations on immigration issues arising from corporate reorganizations, mergers, and layoffs and works with clients to develop effective strategies for business immigration while ensuring compliance with applicable rules and regulations. He has extensive experience working with such relevant government agencies as United States Citizenship and Immigration Services, and Department of Labor.
