Barry M. Barash concentrates his legal practice on bankruptcy law, federal trials and appeals, and business transactions and corporate law. He earned his B.A. from Cornell University in 1960 and graduated from The University of Chicago Law School in 1962. He is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of the United States, the United States Courts of Appeals in the Seventh and Eighth Circuits, the United States District Court in the Central and Northern Districts, the United States Tax Court, and the United States Claims Court. He is a member of the Illinois State and Knox County Bar Associations, and the American Bankruptcy Institute, and is a Fellow in the American College of Bankruptcy.
