Daniel Konicek practices in the areas of professional liability, commercial litigation, and personal injury. He has tried to verdict over 90 jury trials in state and federal courts across the country.  Mr. Konicek has been at the forefront of developments in legal malpractice, by lecturing, writing, and arguing appeals that have resulted in changes in the law. He was honored as one of Illinois’ top lawyers by inclusion in the Forty Under 40 Illinois Attorneys to Watch and was named in the Illinois Super Lawyerslist for 2006, 2007,2008, 2009 and 2010. He is a member of the Leading Lawyers, Trial Counsel Of America and the Million Dollar Advocates Forum.  Mr. Konicek, who serves on the ITLA Board of Managers, has tried dozens of cases involving damages in excess of a million dollars. He recently settled a multimillion-dollar legal malpractice case alleging conflict of interest.
