David B. Mueller is a partner in the Peoria firm of Cassidy & Mueller. His practice is concentrated on the areas of product liability, construction injury, insurance coverage and professional negligence. He is past co-chair of the Supreme Court Discovery Rules Committee, and a past member of the IPI Civil Committee, and participated in drafting the products liability portions of the Tort Reform Act. He has authored numerous articles in these areas and lectures frequently on them and related subjects. He is past President of the Peoria County Bar Association and a recipient of its Distinguished Community Service Award.
