David Allen is a member of Baker & Daniels' business litigation group, practicing from the firm's Chicago office. David has more than 35 years of experience advocating for a variety of clients in matters ranging from the interpretation of wills and trusts to claims for breach of fiduciary duty. He primarily represents manufacturing, health care and trust service companies in commercial and tort litigation. His substantial trial experience includes having served as lead counsel in a major commercial arbitration matter and as an arbitrator for many commercial disputes. Over the years, David has handled numerous complex cases in both federal and state courts in Illinois and other states.Before joining Baker & Daniels, David was a shareholder of Schuyler Roche, P.C. in Chicago.
