David Allen is a partner at Baker & Daniels LLP. He has practiced for more than 35 years. David received his J.D. from the University of Chicago School of Law and B.A. from Williams College. David has developed a general practice in complex litigation (including commercial, tort, estate and trust, and intellectual property), health care law, and general corporate matters. His substantial trial experience includes serving as a lead counsel in a major commercial arbitration matter involving over 110 days of hearings.
