Profile

Mr. Klauke concentrates his practice on workers' compensation defense. He authored Defending the Illinois Employer, which outlines defense strategies for workers' compensation, employment, FLMA, ADA, retaliatory discharge issues, and the recent changes made to the Workers' Compensation Act. Bar affiliations include American, Wisconsin, Illinois and Chicago. Mr. Klauke is also a member of the Illinois Workers' Compensation Lawyers Association and the Maritime Law Association. He received his Bachelor of Science from Indiana University, and Juris Doctor from DePaul College of Law. He is a frequent lecturer on the topics of employment law and workers' compensation at local and national conferences.
