George has been recognized nationally for his creative use of technology to advance the interests of his clients in complex litigation and for advancing consumer advocacy. George uses his experience and technological knowlege to minimize the costs of litigation.
George has lectured nationally on the use of technology in litigation. He has served as a panelist at the prestigious Sedona Conference and now serves on the 7th Circuit e-Discovery Pilot Program. His knowledge of technology has been utilized in developing effective techniques to facilitate discovery and to insure full disclosure. George brings a high level of intensity, technology and skill to complex cases on a state and national level.
George was honored as a recipient of the Steven Sharp Public Service Award by the Association of Trial Lawyers of America (ATLA) in 2001 for his work in rollover litigation which helped advance the public’s knowledge of the Ford Explorer and Firestone tires safety issues.
