Gregg Garofalo, managing attorney/editor of Garofalo Law Group, devotes his legal practice to the areas of probate administration and litigation, estate planning and commercial and residential real estate.

He is admitted to practice in the following jurisdictions: Illinois, the District of Columbia, the Northern District of Illinois, the United States Tax Court and the United States Supreme Court. He serves as a court-appointed guardian ad litem through the Circuit Court of Cook County in cases involving probate and domestic relations.

Mr. Garofalo's strong credentials have been recognized in the legal community and the community at large through his positions of leadership. He has chaired the Chicago Bar Associations' Probate Practice Committee and the Illinois State Bar Association's Young Lawyers Division. He is in demand as a speaker covering topics of interest to lawyers and the public alike in the areas of probate, trusts and estates.
