- Represents real estate developers before local governments, state and federal agencies and administrative tribunals on matters relating to annexation and development agreements, zoning map and text amendments, disconnections, planned developments, variances and special use permits, plats of subdivisions, building permits, and business licenses.

- Represents property owners in condemnation actions by local and state authorities.

- Pursues municipal financial assistance, including sales tax sharing agreements, tax increment financing, tax abatements, special service areas, recapture agreements, special tax classifications, industrial revenue bonds, and special assessment districts.

- Advises on environmental matters, including NPDES permits, water quality management, and floodplain and wetland protection.

- Counsels developers and governmental bodies on applicable requirements, prepares applications, and presents proposals at meetings and hearings.

- Prepares covenant, conditions, restriction and easement agreements, and association documents for developments.

- Represents clients in zoning, land use and eminent domain litigation before trail and appellate courts.
