Jim Ginzkey has been trying jury cases throughout Illinois for more than 25 years. He has argued four cases before the Illinois Supreme Court and, in 2000, he argued the landmark HMO case of Pegram v. Herdrich before the United States Supreme Court. He was elected to the General Assembly of the Illinois State Bar Association from 1984-1990, and is a past chairman of the ISBA Tort Law Section Council, as well as a past member of the ISBA Civil Practice and Procedure Section Council. Mr. Ginzkey is a frequent lecturer and contributing author for Illinois Trial Lawyers Association seminars, as well as for the ISBA's Law Ed Series.
