A principal and founding member of Asperger Associates, LLC, Mr. Asperger's practice includes the handling of complex and multiparty litigation involving negligence, product liability, contract, commercial liability, design and professional liability, contamination and pollution, transportation, and maritime disasters. He has been counsel in some of the largest fire and explosion disasters in the country and has recovered over $150 million by verdict or settlement for his clients. Mr. Asperger is AV-rated peer review by Martindale-Hubbell. He received his B.A. and M.A., with honors, from Kent State University and his J.D., with honors, from The John Marshall Law School. Mr. Asperger is a frequent lecturer, is a member of the Economic Club of Chicago, and is active in many charities.
