Profile

Ms. Kotz began her career at Schiller DuCanto and Fleck LLP in 1996 as a law clerk and became an associate in 1998. Ms. Kotz obtained her Bachelor of Arts degree from Bucknell University (1992) and her Juris Doctorate degree from Loyola University Chicago School of Law (1998), after transferring in her second year from Pepperdine University School of Law, where she was a member of the Pepperdine Law Review. With experience in corporate financial analysis and trial support for which she is certified by the University of California Los Angeles, she now concentrates in the areas of discovery and complex financial litigation. Ms. Kotz is a member of the Chicago Bar Association, the Illinois State Bar Association and the American Bar Association and is a past Chair of the CBA Young Lawyers Division, Family Law Committee.
