Mr. Latherow has twice been selected as one of the top 100 lawyers in Illinois. He is also a member of Illinois Leading Lawyers, where he was chosen among the top 5 percent of personal injury, aviation, professional negligence and transportation attorneys in Illinois. The National Law Journal has recognized him for obtaining one of the top 100 verdicts in the country. His cases have been reported in national publications including The Wall Street Journal. He served on the Board of Managers of The Chicago Bar Association, where he was Chairman of the Aviation Law Committee; is presently on the Assembly of the Illinois State Bar Association, and the Executive Committee and Board of Managers of the Illinois Trial Lawyers Association, where he also serves as Treasurer.
