Mr. Curcio is a plaintiffs' personal injury attorney who is highly regarded throughout the Chicagoland area. He has been successfully representing seriously injured individuals and their families in products liability, wrongful death, medical malpractice, vehicle/trucking collisions, and other plaintiff personal injury matters resulting in numerous multimillion-dollar settlements and verdicts over several decades. Throughout his career, Mr. Curcio has been an active participant in the legal community. He served on the Board of Managers, Rules Committee and Executive Committees of ITLA and has been a long time member of AAJ, CBA, ISBA, and the American Board of Trial Advocates. In 1998 Mr. Curcio was appointed by the Illinois Supreme Court to serve an eight year term on the Illinois Pattern Instruction Committee which is composed of distinguished lawyers and judges throughout Illinois and authors and publishes the instructions judges give to juries in every civil lawsuit in Illinois. At the June 2009, ITLA Convention, he was awarded the prestigious Leonard M. Ring Lifetime Achievement Award.
