Joshua L. Weisberg is a trial attorney at Rapoport Law Offices, P.C., in Chicago, Illinois. Mr. Weisberg focuses his practice on personal injury and wrongful death litigation. He exclusively represents people who have sustained catastrophic injuries or have lost a loved one due to medical malpractice, trucking and auto accidents, workplace and construction accidents, and defective products.

Mr. Weisberg has recovered millions of dollars in jury awards and settlements on behalf of his clients. Recently Mr. Weisberg as lead trial attorney obtained a $4.16 million jury verdict on behalf of a man injured in a work related fall in DuPage County, Illinois, setting a record for the largest jury verdict ever in the State of Illinois for a fractured femur. Some of Mr. Weisberg's other notable verdicts include a $2.25 million jury award for the family of a 76 year old man killed in an auto collision, a $2 million verdict in a product liability case involving a factory worker injured by a defective press, and a $2 million jury verdict in a wrongful death case arising out of a personal watercraft accident.

Mr. Weisberg has also enjoyed tremendous success protecting his clients' rights in the state and federal appellate courts, including securing a major victory on behalf of victims of defective medical devices throughout the country in Bausch v. Stryker Corp., decided by the United States Court of Appeals, Seventh Circuit.

Mr. Weisberg has been recognized by numerous organizations and publications for his success, including being named to The National Trial Lawyers prestigious Top 40 under 40 directory. Mr. Weisberg is licensed to practice in Illinois state courts and before all three of the state's federal district courts, and he has been admitted pro hac vice in many courts outside of Illinois to represent his clients in specific cases.

In addition to his successful practice, Mr. Weisberg has published articles on a number of legal topics, and he has been a guest speaker at numerous industry related seminars and events. He is a member of the American Association for Justice, the Illinois Trial Lawyers Association, the Illinois State Bar Association, the Chicago Bar Association and the American Bar Association.
