Karen Pinkert-Lieb is an attorney and senior partner with the matrimonial law firm of Schiller DuCanto & Fleck LLP.  Her courtroom skills and ability to resolve difficult issues have brought her extensive recognition.  Ms. Pinkert-Lieb was recently chosen the #1 female divorce attorney in Illinois by Leading Lawyers Network, as well as one of the top 10 female attorneys in all areas of consumer practice.  She is one of only 25 Illinois matrimonial lawyers listed in The Best Lawyers in America.  Karen chaired the Family Law Section of the Illinois State Bar Association and worked extensively on family law legislation.  Ms. Pinkert-Lieb has successfully litigated and settled many cases involving complex financial and custody issues.  She also has significant experience in preparing and negotiating premarital agreements.  Karen has received an AV designation by Martindale-Hubbell for having the highest possible ratings in both legal ability and ethical standards and is listed in the Bar Register of Preeminent Women Lawyers.
