Attorney Kenneth A. Wexler is the founder of the Chicago law firm Wexler Wallace LLP. A nationally recognized figure in business and commercial litigation, he handles complex class actions and commercial litigation involving securities, antitrust laws, healthcare, consumer protection, whistleblower/false claims and mass tort litigation.
For more than 30 years, Mr. Wexler has advocated on behalf of those whose rights have been victimized by unscrupulous or fraudulent individuals and organizations. He is known nationally and internationally for his success and leadership in major litigation, and has been interviewed by in print, radio and TV media outlets such as Fortune Magazine, the London Economist, Property Week, the Law Business Insider and even Chinese television and syndicated programs.
In addition to his active legal practice, Mr. Wexler teaches complex litigation as an adjunct professor at the Loyola University Chicago School of Law. He has written for several publications, including those distributed by the American Association for Justice. He also regularly lectures and serves as a panelist in national seminars on issues of consumer fraud and complex litigation.
