Profile
The lawyers and staff of the Law Office Kenneth C. Chessick, M.D., reflect the philosophy of Dr. Chessick, who has the experience provided by forty years as a board certified general surgeon and 25 years as a very effective trial attorney focusing on medical negligence. Our clients have been victimized by the negligence of others and have suffered catastrophic injuries. Our lawsuits seek to hold careless doctors, hospitals, and HMOs accountable for the catastrophic injuries that they cause to innocent victims by 1) requiring the negligent person to pay for the costs of the injuries they caused; 2) forcing the negligent person to acknowledge his careless conduct; 3) forcing the careless actor to modify his future conduct; and 4) creating a safer society so that others will act with proper care in the future. By following this philosophy, our clients and society at large benefit, and our world is made a better, safer place.
