Kenneth (Ken) H. Levinson is a partner at Joseph, Lichtenstein & Levinson, a Chicago law firm dedicated to protecting the rights of personal injury and wrongful death victims throughout Illinois. Ken has been a successful trial lawyer since 1992 and currently manages the firm’s litigation practice. During his career, Ken has handled personal injury cases involving a variety of issues and causes, including injuries to children, defective products, construction and workplace accidents, car accidents and medical malpractice.
In addition to practicing law, Ken created and continues to maintain his own web blog dedicated to preventing child injury by promoting child safety. The blog, titled The Safest Line, provides information and resources to parents nationwide, including information about product recalls, safety tips, and concrete ways to make our streets, schools and homes safer for children.
Ken is among a select group of trial attorneys who have graduated from legendary lawyer Gerry Spence's Trial Lawyers College. He is one of only 100 trial lawyers from Illinois to be chosen for membership into The American Association for Justice. He has also been an adjunct professor at DePaul University College of Law and continues to be a frequently featured speaker at legal seminars.
