Kerry R. Peck concentrates his practice on the following areas: trust and estate litigation, will contests, elder law, estate planning, and guardianship litigation. As past President of The Chicago Bar Association, Kerry was also selected by his peers to be a member of the Leading Lawyers Network. He litigates trust and estate matters for families, banks, and health care institutions. He serves as Chairman of the Board of the Political Action Committee of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys and is frequently consulted by the media on issues affecting older adults. Kerry regularly speaks at bar association seminars, teaching other attorneys these areas of law around the county. Kerry has been appointed by the probate court in numerous cases as Guardian ad Litem, Special Administrator, Trustee, and Defense Counsel.
