Kevin M. Forde's practice is limited to select litigation and appeals. Mr. Forde has been selected, by peer vote, to The Best Lawyers in America for more than ten years, and to the Top Ten Illinois Super Lawyers list in 2005 and 2006. He is counsel to the Federal Judges Association and has represented the FJA and its members before a number of courts, including the U.S. Supreme Court. Firm clients include individuals, major corporations and law firms. Kevin is a past President of The Chicago Bar Association and an elected Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers, the International Academy of Trial Lawyers, and the American Academy of Appellate Lawyers.
