Laurie J. Wasserman has served as trial counsel in federal and state courts for breach of contract, retaliation, whistleblowing, and discrimination cases based on age, race, sexual orientation, national origin, disability, and sexual harassment. She is the recipient of the highest rating (AV) given by Martindale-Hubbell for legal ability and ethics. She represents clients in all phases of employment matters and has extensive experience drafting and reviewing severance and non-compete agreements, employment contracts, and employee handbooks. A graduate of Northwestern University School of Law, she is an active member of the National Employment Lawyers Association and is a frequent lecturer to lay and legal groups.
