- 1995, In Re Marriage of Bator-Smith, Secured custody for a maternal uncle and a multi-million dollar judgment in favor of two minor children in divorce case after husband was found guilty of murdering his estranged wife.
- 1993, In Re Marriage of Elies, 618 N.E.2d 934, 248 Ill. App.3d. 1052 (1 st Dist 1993), In a case of first impression successfully argued that in determining support and maintenance income averaging was appropriate where the court found that income from employment at a family owned business was manipulated.
- 2006, Vasquez v. Rodriguez, Successfully defended a foster child in a hotly contested case against multiple claims protecting her interest in real estate transferred to her by her foster father.
- 2006, In Re Marriage of Charous, Successfully litigated before the Second District of Illinois Appellate Court in a case regarding the enforcement of visitation and visitation abuse.
