Mike Block is one the current firm's founding partners. He was admitted to the Illinois Bar in 1970 at the age of 22. Mike received his legal education at The John Marshall Law School, earning his J.D. with honors in 1970. He was an instructor there from 1970-1974. Mike and his wife, Judy, have three children. Mike practices in the fields of automobile collisions, construction site accidents, products, and workers' compensation. Mike served on the Board of Governors of the Association of Trial Lawyers of America for over ten years. He is currently Co-Chair of the Sections Leaders Council and Litigation Group Leaders Council. He has served on the Illinois Trial Lawyers Board of Directors for 15 years.
