Mr. Mullen represents plaintiffs in personal injury and wrongful death litigation, including automobile, medical malpractice, and products liability. Since 2001, Mr. Mullen has obtained in excess of $75 million in jury verdicts and settlements on behalf of his clients, and has a reputation for litigating complex cases. Mr. Mullen previously served the United States Attorney's Office, where he was a Chief of the Criminal Division. Mr. Mullen received the U.S. Department of Justice's Special Achievement Award for Sustained Superior Performance in 1988 and again in 1990.
