Myles P. McGuire is a partner at Edelson McGuire LLC, a Chicago-based law firm serving a diverse range of clients in Illinois, Wisconsin and throughout the United States. Myles focuses his practice on business litigation, class action litigation and consumer protection law. He also provides legal and political consulting to technology companies.

Prior to entering private practice, Myles spent several years counseling high-tech companies on legal issues. Since turning to plaintiffs' advocacy, Myles has had principle control over many nationwide and multi-state class actions. His specific area of emphasis, however, is emerging technology class actions, including those involving electronic commerce, cellular telephony and wireless media. He has served in leadership positions in groundbreaking settlements involving Facebook, AT&T, Timberland, Verizon and Sprint, among many others, which have collectively made hundreds of millions of dollars available to consumers. Members of Congress have asked him to comment on cellular telephone industry legislation and he has also worked with numerous state regulatory bodies in California, Florida and elsewhere on related efforts.

Myles is a graduate of Marquette University Law School (J.D., 2000) and was recently recognized as one of Ilinois' top attorneys under the age of 40 by Illinois Super Lawyers magazine.
