Robert L. Nora is a trial lawyer who, for the past 27 years, has specialized in the defense of medical negligence, product liability, and catastrophic injury cases. He is a founding and managing partner of his firm. Mr. Nora has tried a substantial number of serious injury cases, which, almost without exception, have resulted in defense verdicts. One of these cases involved the first "wrongful life" case tried in Illinois. Although negligence was admitted, the jury returned a defense verdict. He was recently honored by Chicago Lawyer magazine as one of its Top 20 tort defense lawyers as elected by his peers, and has regularly had cases reported in such publications as The National Law Journal and Verdicts & Settlements.
