Profile

In nineteen plus years of law practice since 1989, Rob's practice has been concentrated in the areas of secured lending, debtor-creditor relations, insolvency and bankruptcy, real estate finance, commercial real estate and real estate litigation.  Rob has significant experience representing borrowers, debtors in possession as well as banks and other financial institutions in financing matters and creditors' rights matters, representing landlords and property managers in commercial leasing matters and representing developers during acquisition, development and sale.  Rob is experienced in all aspects of bankruptcy cases, including significant representation of trustees, debtors in possession and creditors' committees.  He also has extensive experience in the representation of receivers, financial institutions and other secured creditors in both the protection of and realization on their secured claims, in commercial foreclosures, general bankruptcy litigation and in the area of informal, out-of-court workouts.
