Early trial lawyer experience developed into a boutique practice concentrating on complex family law and custody litigation. I competently address unique issues involving divorce, child custody, support and maintenance. educational expenses, paternity, prenuptial planning and estate planning directives. I support my clients as they go through the process of transitioning their lives and promote Focusing Forward as a strategy to alleviate the emotional stresses inherent in family law issues. I have lectured, locally and nationally, in the areas of child custody, family law, and legal ethics for the National Business Institute, Illinois State Bar Association, and Chicago Bar Association. My practice areas include divorce, child custody, paternity, college expenses, maintenance and support, prenuptial planning, civil union agreements, and general practice issues.
