Stephanie A. Scharf concentrates on complex litigation for corporate clients.   She defends companies on matters of product development, manufacture and marketing, national and international supply disputes, indemnity and insurance coverage litigation, and toxic tort defense, and employment matters.  She has been a member, as regional counsel, science counsel or national coordinating counsel, of several "virtual firms" created by clients to defend large-scale litigation.  Mrs. Scharf has been selected as one of 500 leading litigators in America, is a former President of the National Association of Women Lawyers and former co-chair of the Products Liability Committee (ABA Section of Litigation).  In addition to a law degree, Mrs. Scharf received a Ph.D. (Behavioral Sciences/Psychology), and has designed, managed and analyzed national surveys on issues of public health, employment and social well-being.
