Stephen P. Carponelli is the founding partner of Carponelli & Krug, a Chicago Loop law firm, and has actively practiced law for the last 34 years. Mr. Carponelli has extensive and diverse experience and enjoys an excellent reputation in business law and related litigation matters, with an emphasis on jury trials, chancery trials, and appellate work. He has tried successfully to jury verdict business torts, criminal, personal injury, condemnation, RICO, trade secret, hospital privilege, unfair competition, and libel cases. He graduated from the John Marshall School of Law with a J.D., with honors, in 1972. He was also an Associate Editor of the John Marshall Law Review. He has been and is currently a leading lawyer and a member of the Litigation Counsel of America, a nationwide trial counsel honorary society, and is named in Super Lawyers.
