Mr. Auslander began his career at Schiller DuCanto & Fleck LLP in 2002 as a law clerk and became an associate with the firm in 2003. Since joining the firm in 2003, Mr. Auslander has worked exclusively in the field of matrimonial law. Mr. Auslander has successfully negotiated settlements and/or litigated issues involving complex financial matters, custody, support and division of property. In June 2010, Mr. Auslander was approved by the Circuit Court of Cook County to represent minor children and has since been appointed by the Court on various matters.  He received a Juris Doctorate degree from Chicago-Kent College of Law in 2003 where he received the CALI award for Excellence in the 2003 Advanced Issues in Family Law Course. Mr. Auslander is a 2009 graduate of the American Bar Association’s Trial Advocacy Institute. Mr. Auslander is a member of the Chicago, Illinois, and American Bar Associations.
