Ted Donner's practice is concentrated in those areas of concern most important to small to medium-sized businesses, including general business counseling, litigation, real estate, insurance coverage, and employment law. He also works as an Adjunct Professor with Loyola University Chicago School of Law, where he has taught classes in pre-trial litigation, appellate advocacy, negotiations, jury selection, and the preparation and trial of antitrust cases. He is the Author of the Attorneys Practice Guide to Negotiations (2d Edition) and Jury Selection: Strategy & Science (3d Edition) for Thomson-West, and is a member of the Publication Board for the DuPage County Bar Association's journal, The Brief (for which he also served as Editor-in-Chief in 2007-08). In addition to his bar memberships, Ted Donner is a member of the Alpha Sigma Nu National Jesuit Honor Society, Scribes (the American Society of Legal Writers), and the American Bar Foundation. He is also AV rated with Martindale-Hubbell.
