Terry J. Smith is a partner with Smith O’Callaghan & White. For more than 25 years, he has represented employers in all aspects of labor and employment law, primarily focusing on employment litigation. He has litigated cases in federal and state courts all over the United States. Among the matters he has handled are several leading cases involving employment discrimination, sexual harassment, wrongful discharge, workplace defamation, unfair competition, theft of trade secrets, and employee pirating.
