Over his 29-year career, Tom has represented clients in a wide range of significant legal matters. He has represented municipalities in civil rights litigation, employment and discrimination cases, allegations of police misconduct and retaliatory discharge, RICO litigation, and real estate and zoning cases. Corporations have turned to Tom to represent them in civil litigation and shareholder disputes, and he has represented individuals in sophisticated divorce cases. Tom has achieved millions of dollars in results for individual clients from all walks of life, from those who have experienced grave injuries in car and truck accidents to individuals harmed by medical malpractice, product liability, and poor nursing home care. He is an adjunct Professor of Trial Advocacy at Northwestern School of Law.
