• Bing v. Microsoft (E.D. Mo. 2010) Represented plaintiff in trademark infringement action against Microsoft related to “Bing” trademark.  Confidential settlement, 2010
• Child Protect, LLC v. Sprint, et al. (E.D. Tex. 2010) Represented plaintiff in patent infringement action against major cellular phone providers.  Confidential settlements with all parties, 2010
• Document Generation Corp. v. Allscripts, et al. (E.D. Tex. 2010) Represented plaintiff in patent infringement action related to electronic medical record technology. Confidential settlements with all parties, 2010
