Brandi concentrates her practice in civil litigation defense and family law. Brandi has experience in all areas of family law, including divorce, legal separation, custody, parenting time, child support, paternity, emancipation, post-decree modifications and enforcement (including contempt actions), relocation, education orders, prenuptial and postnuptial agreements, protective orders and restraining orders. Brandi's civil litigation practice includes governmental defense, police liability, premises liability, and general tort liability. Brandi represents cities, towns, townships and counties throughout the State of Indiana. Brandi also represents clients in employment matters, including sexual harassment, race discrimination, wrongful discharge and retaliation claims. Brandi routinely represents clients in employment matters, beginning with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (E.E.O.C.) process and investigation, and continuing through litigation, if necessary. Moreover, Brandi has counseled and provided seminar representations to public officials and government employees on employment matters, including sexual harassment, race discrimination, wrongful discharge and retaliation claims, in an effort to prevent disputes from arising.
