Profile

Mr. Due graduated from Vanderbilt University in 1970 and from Indiana University School of Law in 1973, cum laude. He was admitted to the bar in 1973. He is a member of the Indianapolis, Indiana State, and American Bar Associations; Defense Trial Counsel of Indiana; Defense Research Institute; Law Club of Indianapolis; Lawyers Club of Indianapolis; and ABOTA. Mr. Due has extensive litigation experience in state and federal courts throughout Indiana, handling numerous jury trials to verdict. Practice areas include insurance defense and coverage litigation, fire and explosion litigation, and personal injury. He serves as a mediator and arbitrator, is a frequent speaker at legal seminars, and has authored several articles.
